Ph.D. Research Summary
The question of capacity building for Earth observations technology is a substantive one requiring a dedicated analysis of the issues and possibilities. This research is designed to undertake this analysis and to present a mechanism for improved institutional capacity building in the context of GEOSS, GMES and the contemporary geospatial data market.
